    From 13 years of age (yes working under age in New Zealand) kitchen hand/ cold larder I remember my head chef saying he could see me been a chef in the future that I had that spark, speed and clean presentation. Back then being young I never wanted to become a chef thought nothing of it, but it was something I found hard to keep away from, so living and breathing hospitality is how it's become for me. Because of this industry, and great role models, I decided become qualified and have worked in in fine dining, bakeries and cafes.
